Presentation Opportunities

There are a variety of ways that exhibitors can participate in the education program presented at the ALA Midwinter Meeting.

- Presentations on one of the live stages in the exhibit hall

Usually panel presentations, these are 45-minute sessions which can include an autographing session after the presentation. These opportunities can promote exhibitors' products, service, and authors.

Must be an exhibitor to present.

If you have additional questions, email Lina Zabaneh, Conference Coordinator, [email protected].

- Develop and conduct your own session

Exhibitors may reserve meeting rooms in the ALA block of meeting rooms at the convention center and official hotels. These sessions will be included in the official program, but exhibitors will be responsible for some expenses and should also promote the session on their own. For more information or to submit a room request, use the 2020 Midwinter Meeting Exhibitor/Affiliate Submission Site.

- Sponsor a Keynote Speaker

Names submitted for consideration should be authors or library experts who will be of interest to the ALA members. These names should be able to draw an attendance of 1,000+. The exhibitor will bear all costs associated with the speaker’s attendance. Names submitted are sent to an ALA panel for review and recommendations. Professional or motivational speakers on generic topics are usually not considered.
